test 3rd question

When comparing two events that have no relation, or when the scale is not proper, this can be called a fallacy. A fallacy has many causes and one of them is the lack of proper knowledge, to argue with proper reasoning a good knowledge base is important. Another cause is the inability to differentiate between theoretical  and practical. In many scientific applications, the real result is not the same as what's on the paper; to not e able to see the their difference will make the argument unreasonable.a Another reason for fallacy is the fast developing of technology and its power to make a known fact in to a debatable topic, e.g human evolution. One fallacy is when comparing a developing with a developed one, in the Kiyoto protocol India and China were out of the countries causing pollution as they are or were developing countries, a fallacy would e considering them to be like developed countries when they are not.
